Gold Treasure:
What's more fun then finding real gold? Within the locked treasure chest will be a small, white muslin pouch marked with the Double Key logo. Inside the pouch your treasure hunters will find a glass vial that contains about a half inch of real gold dust. One vial of gold is included in your package. If you would like to have a gold dust treasure for each child participating in the hunt you can order additional vials for $9.50 each. To see the treasure, click here

Or Upgrade to an Authentic Coin Treasure:
These include real silver coins from the early 1900's. We selected these coins because: they look and feel so different then the coins used today that your kids will instantly realize their authenticity. This is a more expensive option because the price of silver has increased so much recently but makes a great collector's item. For the coins, you have three options:

A complete set of coins which includes a silver dollar, half dollar, quarter, dime, nickel and penny. Price is $65 a set.
A partial set: which is everything from the complete set except the silver dollar: Price is $40 a set.
Half-dollars. Price is $12.50 each.

Included with your treasure hunt kit will also be a comprehensive Double Key Guide to conducting your hunt. Our goal is to make your adventure as easy and fun as possible. Your guide will include:

A detail of each clue, the clue solution and instructions on how to solve the clue in case you have any questions.
Profile information on each of the locations you will be visiting to find your clue answers - history of the location, hours of operation, admission fees (if any), address and directions.
Special ideas on ways to maximize your fun at each location.

The day you're ready to launch your treasure hunt, simply take the treasure kit and hide it in your basement or out in the garage and help your children "accidentally" discover it. You could also just bring it home one day and say you bought it at a garage sale.

Once you visit all of the locations and solve the clues, your kids will be able to easily decipher the encrypted message that explains where the missing key is located so they can unlock the treasure chest.
